Request use of MCHF conference space

Use of Foundation Space by External Organizations

Upon request, the Mother Cabrini Health Foundation offers use of its conference room(s) and town hall space to external organizations.
The Foundation will not charge to use our space(s), however, the external organization will be responsible for any food, beverages, or other special items.

Any Foundation audio/visual equipment may be used, however, usage needs to be arranged and approved by the IT department.

The external organization should complete the below form which will be submitted to the administration department for review.  Every effort will be made to accommodate requests based on the Foundation’s schedule.
